1. Order Processing & Dispatch

• All orders are processed within 2–3 working days from order confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• Customers will receive notifications at each stage — order confirmation, dispatch, and delivery.

During peak season or high order volume, minor delays may occur.

 

2. Packaging & Quality Assurance

Each order undergoes:

• Careful sorting and inspection

• Secure packaging with cushioning materials

• Proper sealing to minimize transit damage

Due to the natural nature of mangoes, slight variations in color, texture, or ripening stage may occur.

 

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

• Once the order is shipped, cancellations will not be accepted due to the perishable nature of mangoes.
