Refund policy

Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of mangoes, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted once delivered.

However, we offer replacement or compensation under the following conditions:


1. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package is delivered in visibly damaged condition or items are missing:

  • Claim must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • Clear photos and unboxing video must be shared

  • The shipping box with label must be visible in the evidence

For return or exchange claims, photos and videos should be sent within 7 days from the date of delivery.


2. Rotten or Severely Damaged Mangoes

As mangoes are natural fruits, minor surface blemishes are normal.

Compensation will be considered under the following conditions:

  • If 10% to 50% of the mangoes are completely rotten or unusable, compensation will be provided in the form of a coupon for future purchase.

  • If more than 50% of the mangoes in the box are completely rotten or unusable, customers may be eligible for:

    • Replacement (if feasible) OR

    • Refund to original payment method OR

    • Store credit (at our discretion)

Clear images and unboxing videos must be shared within 48 hours of delivery for claim verification.


3. Delivery Attempt Failure

Customers must ensure availability at the delivery address.

If the package remains undelivered due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer unavailability

  • Refusal at delivery

Mango More will not be responsible for product deterioration caused during return transit.


4. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval.
